Potato-Jackfruit seeds curry/Bangaladumpa Panasapikkala Koora

Jackfruit seed curry is my favorite curry from childhood.I used to pick seeds from the curry and finish it off leaving curry with rice..:)Almost from an year and half i missed it so much.Recently i found the jackfruit in the store felt soo happy n excited and bought it ate all the fruit and saved the seeds for the curry..As we are only two i bought the piece of the jackfruit not the whole so i have only few seeds. So i thought of making it combo with potato.I prepared same my mom do jackfruit seed curry only adding potato was addition.
