Puffs with veg keema
College Canteen Snack

Puffs are the favorite snack because most of them remember college canteen days when you the name"puff".I remember my lunch used to be taken by my friends and i used to have always samosa & puff..:)Easy to make no longer time.I usually do this when left over dry curries,boiled eggs,etc it goes with anything in which stuffing should be dry.One day i made with leftover carrot halwa,It was really good than eating alone carrot sweet.You too have a try and enjoy the snack with each other college days.



Ingredients
Puff Pastry sheets - 1box(from frozen section)


here i used leftover vegetable keema/soy granules fry you can use any,(it should be dry)



Procedure
1.Take the sheets of Puff Pastry out and thaw them at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
2. Pre-heat the Oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
3.Now Cut the sheet to 6' size appx.(i used 2 sheets out of 3)You can freeze Left over in refrigerator.


4.Put 1 1/2tsp of curry appx.and fold it from other side like shown below and seal the edges by pressing.



5. Place these on a cookie sheet or oven proof tray lined with foil.
6.Place in the preheated oven at 400F  for 15min.


7.Once they are out of oven,let it stand for 5min & serve.


Your tasty Puff is ready to serve with any chutney/ketchup.
