Poha/Atukulu - 2cups
Ground nuts/peanuts - 3/4cup(qt can be adjust according 2 ur taste)
Curry leaves - 8-10
Dalia/vepina chenagapappu - 3/4cup
Salt
Redchili powder
Oil - 2tsp
Procedure
1.Take a wide pan put the flame in low and add poha to the pan,dry roast them until they change the colour/until crispy.stir frequently.
2.Take the roasted poha to a separate bowl.
3.Add oil after heated add peanuts/groundnuts after they are half done add curry leaves, dalia and fry until they turn light brown in colour.
4.Add salt, red chili powder to a bowl and give a mix.'
5.if you are preparing in lot mix all the three(roasted poha,salt/redchili powder, nuts) in a large bowl.Give a nice mix.OR if you are preparing less you can add roasted poha to the groundnuts mix and salt/red chili powder and give a mix and switch off the flame.
